The City Council and the company Gain Industriales by Romina Moya explain the benefits of the action to businessmen in the area

City Council Onda has met with the businessmen installed in the El Romeral industrial estate to definitively channel the constitution of the third Management and Modernization Entity (EGM) of the Ondense industrial park. This measure, which has already been a success in Sur-13 and Nord-2, serves to modernize and professionalize industrial estates and to make them more attractive for business activity.
Thus, the new EGM Sur-14-El Romeral already has the interest of various companies based in this industrial estate, such as Grupo Pamesa, Smalticeram, APE Cerámica or CompacGlass. The area has an area of 650.000 square meters, which represents 6% of the industrial area of Onda, which occupy 19 headlines.
The meeting took place in the new multipurpose center Onda Genera, located at the Betxí halt. The Deputy Mayor of the Innovation area, Vicent Bou, the team from the company Gain Industriales by Romina Moya and a dozen managers from companies based in the area and individuals with plots attended.
In his speech, Bou has positively valued the EGM set up to date: "They are improving the quality of our polygons and making the companies that are installed in them stronger". “It is a tool so that the conditions of the companies established in Onda they are better, to have polygons of ten: that is why we want to continue constituting EGMs”, he pointed out.
Third EGM
The Management and Modernization Entities are a municipal commitment to improve the competitiveness of Onda as an industrial destination, professionalize the management of industrial estates, gain efficiency and obtain new investments and public aid.
The previous EGM, Nord-2, covers the Trencadella, Corral Roig and El Colomer polygons. The objective of the Consistory is that all of them end up grouped in different Entities.
