The mayor of Onda, Carmina Ballester, has held a working meeting with the top leaders of the Spanish Association of Tile and Ceramic Floor Manufacturers (ASCER) to analyze the results of the last CEVISAMA international fair, listen again to the demands of the sector and draw lines of action. action at the municipal level that may be useful to them and improve their competitiveness.

The president of the employers' association, Vicente Nomdedeu, the vice president, Ismael Peris, and the general secretary, Alberto Echavarría, attended the meeting. Among the issues addressed, the increase in energy costs, the lack of infrastructure to meet the decarbonization objectives or the urgent need for aid from the Government of Spain to remain competitive stand out.
