Amazon will open a new fulfillment center in Onda in 2022, the first in the Valencian Community

Amazon announced today that it will open a new logistics center in Onda next year. It will be the first center company logistics In the Valencian community, where Amazon is already present with two logistics stations: one in Paterna and another - inaugurated this summer - in Alicante.

On September 16, Amazon will celebrate Career Day: one of the largest job fairs held in Spain both virtually and physically at the company's new logistics center in Illescas, Toledo.


The event offers those seeking employment the opportunity to see the 1000 positions that Amazon currently has open in Spain. These new positions include all types of profiles and skill levels, from operations to software developers and engineers, business managers, data scientists, as well as cloud experts and solution architects working at Amazon Web Services.


Amazon will also offer 600 virtual career counseling sessions with Amazon recruiters to help participants land their next job. There are positions for people with all kinds of experience and training, from profiles for those looking for their first job to experts in logistics, software development and office personnel. Amazon seeks profiles for jobs in fields such as logistics, IT engineering, supplier and account management, business development, human resources, finance, etc. The main online training program will take place from 10:30 to 12:30, and there will be career counseling sessions throughout the day.
