Regulatory bases for the call for aid to companies located in Onda aimed at promoting the hiring of people unemployed, belonging to certain groups, registered in the Onda, fiscal year 2022

First. Beneficiaries.
Companies, including self-employed workers, that are located in Onda and that meet the requirements of base 3.
Second. Object.
Encourage the hiring of unemployed people from Onda by companies located in the territorial scope of Onda, to be carried out during the year 2022. This aid is in the form of non-refundable grants.
Third. Eligible groups.
- People with functional diversity equal to or greater than 33%.
- People over 50 years old.
- First opportunity, people who lack work experience in their formal training, as well as people looking for their first job. These people must be registered with the Employment Agency of the City Council of Onda before formalizing the employment contract with the company.
- People over 18 years of age at risk of social exclusion and who participate in the labor insertion itinerary of the City Council of Onda.
Quarter. amount.
- A fixed amount on payroll will be the object of the aid, for the hiring of unemployed people from Onda whose contracts are formalized between October 1, 2021 and September 30, 2022 by companies located in Onda, contracting after this date may be included in the eligible period of the following year.
Each beneficiary entity may request a maximum of aid for the hiring of 5 workers.
- The amount of the subsidy will be established based on the hiring period and weekly hours with the following limits:
Amount on payroll: 500 euros for a six-month contract of forty hours a week. Amount on payroll: 2.000 euros for a conversion of the contract to an indefinite forty hours a week.
For part-time contracts and less than 40 hours per week, the amount will be calculated proportionally, the minimum eligible day will be 20 hours per week.
- Contracts formalized with unemployed people who belong to any of the following groups will have an additional or proportional bonus, in part-time work:
Psychic functional diversity: for a six-month contract, a total aid of 500 euros. If it is a conversion to indefinite or indefinite an aid of 2.000 euros.Over 50 years: for a six-month contract a total aid of 500 euros. If it is a conversion to indefinite or indefinite, an aid of 2.000 euros. People over 18 years of age at risk of social exclusion and who participate in the labor insertion itinerary of the City Council of Onda: for a six-month contract a total aid of 100 euros. If it is a conversion to indefinite or indefinite an aid of 400 euros.
They will have an additional bonus of 500 euros, any of the groups indicated in base 6, who are long-term unemployed and are not recipients of unemployment benefits. Long-term unemployed are understood to mean when at the time of the new contract eligible for the aid, they have not worked more than 30 days in the last year prior to said contract, accredited with the updated working life.
In the case of belonging to more than one group, only one will be computed, to be chosen by the beneficiary entity.
- If a 6-month contract subsidized in this call, the company makes it indefinite, it may request, in the place and period established for the presentation of applications of base 9, the extension of the aid granted, up to the maximum of 2.000 euros, with the corresponding bonus, where appropriate. The conversion of the contract will be for the same person for whom the aid was received. Between the end of a contract and the formalization of the next, a maximum of 5 days may elapse, and it will be accepted that during these days the person is registered in the espai LABORA as a job seeker. In this case, rule 3. d) will not apply.
- The initial amount of the subsidy, 60.000 euros, will be charged to the Budget Application 24100 47000. Sixth. Application submission deadline.
The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day after the publication of the extract of the call for the bases in the Official Gazette of the Province of Castellón and will end on September 30, 2022.
